During the AGM of Logicom Ltd. of 26 June 2002, the financial statements for 2001 were approved as well as dividend payments of 0.3 cents per share, payable from profits from foreign operations. Titles of the company will be trading ex-dividend as of 1 July 2002 therefore transactions up to 28 June 2002 will be cum-dividend. Interest will be paid to shareholders on Monday 22 July 2002, to those registered as at the record date 3 July 2002.
