Logicom Ltd. announced the commencement of a distribution cooperation of IBM products to Lebanon, Jordan, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, Pakistan, Egypt, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Yemen and the United Arab Emirates. The agreement includes IBM Intel based servers, IBM Thinkpad Notebooks and IBM Business and Home Computers, with effect from the 1 December 2001. The agreement is anticipated to increase turnover of the Group and enhance the strategic plans of the company.
