Logicom Ltd. announced that the CSE on the 7 November 2001, amongst others, announced that in accordance with Regulation 6.1.1 of FTSE/CySE20 Index regulations, Logicom Ltd. will be included as of 7 November 2001 in the said Index in view of the fact that “in comparison with other listed companies which are not included in the Index, it has the greatest stockmarket value as at 6 November 2001 and also fulfils all the criteria for inclusion”.
The board of Logicom Ltd. expressed its appreciation towards the CSE Council’s decision and having in mind the importance of its inclusion in the Index, confirms its basic aim which is the increase of value of the company and of its members’ investment.
