The CSE Council announced that as of 7 November 2001, the company LK Globalsoft.com Ltd. will be removed from the FTSE/CySE20 due to non-compliance with regulation 6.4.1 of relevant CSE regulations whereby a company which is listed on the index and whose trading has been suspended beyond 30 calendar days must be removed from the FTSE/CySE20 index at zero price.
According to regulation 6.1.1 of relevant CSE regulations, Logicom Ltd. which in comparison with the other listed companies not included in the Index, had the greatest stockmarket value as at 6 November 2001 and fulfills all the necessary criteria for inclusion in the FTSE/CySE20 index, will replace LK Globalsoft.com Ltd. as of 7 November 2001.
