In accordance with Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted 4.400.000 ordinary shares of Logicom Ltd. derived from the exercising of rights of the company. The new shares will be incorporated in the already issued share capital of the company which will reach 60.400.000.

Trading of the new shares will commence on Thursday 15 February 2001.
