The CSE Council announced that in accordance with Regulation 73, it has accepted 42 million bonus shares and 4.200.000 bonus warrants of Logicom Ltd. The shares and warrants will be listed in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 56 million and 5.600.000 respectively.

Commencement of trading of the new titles will begin on Wednesday 17 January 2001.
