Pursuant to Article 178(1) of the CSE Law, the CSE Council in agreement with the SEC decided to delist the titles of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc (ΜΑΙ/ ΜΟΥΣ) since the Company no longer satisfies the main listing requirement and the constant obligation for the wide dispersion of its share capital to the public in view of the completion of the squeeze out procedure by Muskita Investments Ltd, MDG Holdings Ltd and Mr. Dimos Mouskis.
