The Bank of Cyprus Ltd. announced that the interest on the subordinated Floating rate Loan Stock 2003/2008 for the six months ending 18 June 2002 will be paid to the stockholders registered on the Stock Registry on 10 June 2002.
In accordance with the Trading Rules of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the prices at which transactions will take place during the seven trading sessions preceding 10 June, i.e. from 30 May to 7 June 2002, will not include the interest which will be paid to the subordinated floating rate loan 2003/2008 stockholders on 18 June 2002.
