According to Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted for listing on the CSE 13.506.460 ordinary shares of 20 cents nominal value at the issue price of 50 cents, as well as 1.319.396 warrants at the exercise price of 75 cents, exercisable during the last 5 working days of November 2003, of the company Display Art Ltd. Trading of the titles will commence on Monday 3 September 2001.
