The Board of Alkis H. Hadjikyriacos (Frou Frou Biscuits) Ltd. announced that it has approved the final audited accounts of the company which do not differ from those published in its prospectus. The Board decided not to propose dividend payments for the year 2000 as profits of the company will be re-invested in the new cereal production unit. The AGM of the company has been set for the 4 July 2001.
