We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on February 17, 2010, the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc examined and approved the indicative results for the year ended December 31, 2009. The results are attached.
The indicative results together with the explanatory report will not be posted to the shareholders but will be published in newspapers “Phileleftheros” and “Politis” on February 19, 2010. Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, A’ Limassol Industrial Area, Limassol.
In addition, within the framework of the policy for the saving of operating costs, the Board of Directors announces that all activities of the subsidiary Universal Components (Cyprus) Ltd were transferred to the parent company Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc and decided to promote the procedures for its write-off.
