With reference to the issue of Bonds 2004-2011 in the Prospectus dated November 17, 2004, the Company announces that it has issued 14,515 bonds of nominal value £100. The allocation letters of bonds 2004-2011 have been posted to all shareholders and the Bonds Register has been submitted to the CSE on Monday, February 14, 2005. The start of bond trading will be set by the competent CSE Authorities, following the completion of the relevant procedures.
