We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on October 25, 2010, the Board of Directors of Triaina Investments Public Company Limited examined and approved the Interim Management Statement for the second half of 2010, pursuant to the Transparency Requirements Law 2007 and 2009.
At the same meeting, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Mrs. Marina Djadjigian, private employee, as new Board member with immediate effect and accepted the resignation of Mrs. Stella Eliadou as Board member due to other professional commitments. The Chairman and the Board members thanked Mrs. Eliadou for her valuable contribution to the Company.
