It is noted that in the English translation of our Announcement published earlier today there was
an omission in paragraph 5 which concerned the negative prospect of appointment of a Chief
Financial Officer as well as a Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Only the latter was
mentioned.
Paragraph 5 should therefore read as follows:
“ 5. The Board of Directors of the Company considers that the preparation of the Annual Report
for the year 2017 becomes extremely difficult since it appears that there is no control over the
Company's operations and there seems to be no prospect of appointment by us of a new Chief
Executive Director and / or a Chief Financial Officer under such circumstances.”
The respective paragraph 5 in the Greek version of the Announcement which was also published
is correct as is.
