Suphire appeals to SC for SEC fines

Mr. Yiannis and Mrs. Rea Andronikou, the managerial staff of Suphire, decided on Thursday to appeal to the Supreme Court for the administrative fines that have been imposed by the Securities and Exchange Committee.

According to the announcement released today, “the administrative fines that have been imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission to the managerial staff of Suphire Holdings Public Ltd, Ioannis Andronikou and Rea Andronikou are in question. Mr. and Mrs. Andronikou have, therefore, appealed to the Supreme Court, pursuant to Article 146 of the Constitution”.
