Το ξενοδοχείο, 257 δωματίων, λειτουργεί υπό τη διεύθυνση της Amathus Navigation Company Ltd, ενός από τους κύριους μετόχους της εταιρείας. Συμμετέχει κατά 26% - ποσοστό ισάξιο με αυτό της Αμαθούς - στην ιδιοκτησία του ξενοδοχείου Rodian Beach Resort, στη Ρόδο, δυναμικότητας 337 δωματίων και bungalows, το οποίο ανακαινίζεται και θα είναι έτοιμο να λειτουργήσει τον Απρίλιο 2000. Επίσης, έχει πρόσφατα επενδύσει, με ιδιωτική τοποθέτηση, ένα εκατομμύριο λίρες (1.515.152 μετοχές) στην εταιρεία Lanitis Development Ltd που είναι ο επενδυτικός φορέας μέσω του οποίου θα εκτελεστεί το Aphrodite Golf Resort στην επαρχία Πάφου. Ταυτόχρονα, οι προσπάθειες συνεχίζονται και εντείνονται για περαιτέρω επέκταση στον Ελλαδικό χώρο, με τη συμμετοχή της εταιρείας Αμαθούς, ειδικότερα στον τομέα των ξενοδοχείων. CLARIDGE INVESTMENTS LTD Claridge Investments Ltd is the owner company of the luxurious Paphos Amathus Beach Hotel, at Kato Paphos. The hotel has 257 rooms and is managed by Amathus Navigation Company Ltd, one of the major shareholders of the company. Claridge owns by 26% (same percentage for Amathus as well) the newly-bought Rodian Beach Resort in Rhodes, a hotel with 337 rooms and bungalows, which is currently being renovated and expected to begin operation in April 2000. Also, Claridge has recently invested, through private placement, a million Cyprus Pounds (1.515.152 shares) in Lanitis Development Ltd, the legal entity that will carry out the project of Aphrodite Golf Resort in Paphos. At the same time, the company's efforts for further expansion to Greece continue and Amathus Navigation will be a partner to this expansion, especially in the hotels sector.
