The CSE Council announces that the issued share capital of Actibond Growth Fund Ltd which is CYP 4,000,000 divided into 16,000,000 ordinary shares of CYP 0,25 each has been reduced according to juridical decision to CYP 1,600,000 divided into 16,000,000 ordinary shares of CYP 0.10 each.
