The CSE Council announces that pursuant to Article 58 of the CSE Law, it has accepted the listing of 9,213,267 ordinary shares of Interfund Investments Public Company Ltd, which have resulted from the exercise of Warrants 2004/2007.
It is noted that the above shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the Company, which will rise to 166,889,717 shares.
Their trading will commence on December 21, 2006.
