Laiki Investment Ltd would like to remind its warrant holders (2003/2005) that pursuant to the issue terms, warrants are exercisable on December 1-15, 2005.
All warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must fill in the relevant certificate and submit it along with the required amount (£2.20 for every share) to any Popular Bank branch any working day.
The Company would like to notify all warrant holders that they should seriously consider the share’s trading price at the CSE during the warrant exercise period. It is noted that at the date of this announcement the share’s price is lower than the warrant’s exercise price.
